The brand new development of Roscardioinvest tri-leaflet heart valve TRICARDICS as a result of Russian contest was the only representative of Russian Federation on World Innovation Summit HIT Barcelona which took place on June 17-19, 2009 in Barcelona. Institutional partners were government of Spain, administration of Barcelona etc.

The project was one of the 28 finalists from all over the world and took participation in Global Entrepreneurship Competition 2009. Also the new valve was demonstrated on the exhibition: opinion leaders in science and business were very impressed with the Russian development.
